Our Covid-19 Response

COVID-19 requirements to perform Safe & Sanitary services on-location for weddings and events:

We pride ourselves in following the 3 S’s:

Sanitation

Safety Gear

Social Distancing

Your safety, as well as our Artist’s safety, is our # 1 goal in following these guidelines. We have enhanced our normal protocol by adding the following procedures:

Artists arrive early to set up with face masks

(face shields too if requested by our clients)

and fully sanitized hair and makeup kits.

We do require social distancing practices – preferably only one client in the room with the artist at a time.

Artists may take your temperature with a contactless thermometer prior to starting services. If the temperature reads higher than 99.9°F, we do have the right to refuse any contracted services to keep everyone safe.

It is highly recommended the client wear a mask at all times except when receiving makeup services.

Artists will wash their hands, sanitize their tools and workstation in between each client as our standard practice
of care.

We require our artists to set up and work at least 6 feet apart from each other, which is why we ask only clients being worked on at that specific time are in the room.

It is highly recommended that artists are able to set up in a separate, well-ventilated room, preferably with a window or sliding door that can be left open. A/C and/or Fan is highly recommended as doing services with face masks can get very hot for our artists.
TIP: If the wedding takes place in a hotel, most hotels will allow you to use a board room or meeting room if requested ahead of time if you do not have multiple rooms to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

TIPS

Speak about your safety concerns with our team before your wedding day. We are here to make everyone feel comfortable and safe.

Be honest and aware of your health and safety along with others.

Should any of the contracted services (family, bridal party, etc.) show any of the symptoms listed below, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and expect that our decision to do so is respected.
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

• Fatigue

• Muscle or body aches

• Headache

• New loss of taste or smell

• Sore throat

• Congestion or runny nose

• Nausea or vomiting

• Diarrhea

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to making you gorgeous and we are very grateful to be a part of your special celebration!
